Voici la liste des nouveaux responsables des communes de la Grande Comore. Ils ont été  choisis par leurs localités respectives puis confirmés  par arrêté du gouverneur Mouigni Bakara Said Soilih le 18 février.

L’arrêté précise  que cette initiative   entre « dans  le cadre de la mise en œuvre des recommandations de la 3ème  assise nationale sur la décentralisation des 13 et 14 juin 2012, et en attendant l’organisation des élections générales communales… »
 « Ces collectivités sont administrées par les Délégations spéciales » assistées par des administrateurs.
